March 28, 2016 Ledbetter Properties is making quite a footprint in Cartersville with their Main Street Marketplace under construction just off Main Street across from Kohl’s. A nearly 120,000-square-foot Kroger Marketplace store will anchor the new center but developers remain tight-lipped about what other retailers and restaurants will be joining the anchor.
