Ledbetter Properties is expanding its Florida holdings with East Bay Flats.
Planned at 600 Oakshore Drive in Panama City, the Rome-based development company said it is working on the coastal town’s “newest luxury apartment community, coming in 2022. We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes.” Built on 18 acres, it is along the East Bay.
“The waterfront location offers unobstructed views of the bay and will allow East Bay Flats to offer an unmatched amenity package including boat slips, a waterfront pool, private beach, dog park, along with a planned dockside restaurant,” according to the post on the company’s restyled website.
The targeted move-in date is June 15. They broke ground on the project in April 2021.
The company already has holdings in the area, Bay City Point, a 200,000-square-foot retail development in the heart of Panama City.
Ledbetter Properties recently completed East Bend, a restaurant-and-retail remake of the former Kmart site in Rome off Turner McCall Boulevard and Hicks Drive.
